Return policy

Custom products that have been delivered on a special order cannot be returned.

The right of withdrawal provided in GEO 34/2014 applies only to individuals.

According to the Romanian legislation, you benefit from a period of 14 days in which you can give up your order without having to justify your decision. These 14 calendar days are calculated from the moment you took possession of the ordered product.

In order to benefit from the right of withdrawal / return, you must inform SC BISBAGS SRL in writing, using the email address office@bisbags.ro, regarding your decision.

Since you have informed us about the decision to return the products, you have 14 calendar days to send us the product / products that are the subject of the return.

According to art.14 paragraph 2 of O.U.G.34 / 2014 “The consumer bears the direct costs related to the return of the products.” The costs related to the return of the product to our company will be your responsibility.

The way of returning the products is chosen by you with the obligation for them to reach our point of work. The products that arrive at the Romanian Post will NOT be picked up and will be returned to the customer.

Return packages, with payment for transport to SC BISBAGS SRL, will be automatically refused.

Considering that the products sold by SC BISBAGS SRL are disposable, you will be able to return only the products that have not been used by you.

As a result, SC BISBAGS SRL reserves the right to refuse the return of money if:

• the products have been used by you (eg they have been unwrapped, used in the packaging of various products, etc.).
• the products are not intact;
• the contents of the package are incomplete;
• the products have been damaged and no longer look like us;
• the products have been worn out;
• the condition of the products does not allow their resale.

The product as well as the returned packaging must not be damaged.

SC BISBAGS SRL will return your money within 14 calendar days from the date you informed us about the decision to return the product.

The way to return the money is - BANK ORDER - therefore you must provide us with the iban code related to your bank account.

Refunds cannot be made in cash.
